Last weekend we enjoyed the great out doors and awesome music with family and friends! Here in Northern California we have a Christian music festival that we as a family have been attending for about 6 years now! Joshua Fest is held over Labor Day weekend in the small beautiful town of Quincy California! As years past, my husband’s band has been playing at the festival to the young vibrant crowds of people that come! This year was great for many reasons! For the first time we decided to stay in a hotel instead of pitching a tent! It was much easier with having Judah and Eisley in a warm room and with a tv for while I was getting ready in our own bathroom, well my own shared bathroom! My mom and step dad Audie also were with us at the hotel. They were also a great help for when Luke and wanted some time together to either be in the middle of the crowd at one of the concerts or grab a quick bite from the food carts. We don’t get much time together at the festival because he’s usally busy with band stuff, but this year I felt like we had the best time when we were together. I’m so proud of all Luke’s hard work and devotion to his band! They really are great! Flagship Armada, check them out! Overall we had a great time and the kids did great concidering all the circumstances!

She waited patently in line to get “Sofia the First” face paint!
More chillin at the hotel!
One of my favorite times at the festival was taking Eisley
up into the crowd to rock out. She loved it!
